The grapes come from an exceptional terroir close to the medieval city of Carcassone (World Heritage site), where the vines benefit from rich chalky soils and the warm Mediterranean sun, which is tempered by gentle Atlantic breezes. We craft wines from classic varietals, using both traditional and modern techniques to give the best impression of each. Our Pinot is an attractive deep purple, with black fruit, plum, and spicy black pepper notes on the nose and palate.
