SHIPPING 

All in stock items will ship within 1-5 business days. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. Items are shipped via USPS. Please ensure that the address you have provided is an accurate address for delivery. Most shipped items do not require a signature upon delivery and will be left on a doorstep or porch. Kimberly’s must be notified if a signature is required or special delivery instructions MUST be noted. Kimberly’s is not responsible for missing delivered items. Kimberly’s has added the “pick up in store” option to allow our local customers to benefit from online shopping without needing to incur shipping costs. The pick up in store should ONLY be chosen at checkout if your intent is to come see us in person to pick up your item(s). If we notice that you are not local, but you have chosen the Pick Up in Store option, we will send you an email to ensure that this was not a mistake and you are, in fact, taking the time to come visit us! All our shipping time frames are guidelines. Issues with manufactures, shipping companies, and imports are unfortunately out of our control, but we commit to keeping you informed and updated on the status of your order. We ask that you please review our return policy page before finalizing your order!

Returns

If you find yourself unhappy with a purchase you’ve made, we will be glad to give you an exchange or store credit for online purchases only, within one month from order date.
In our stores the return policy is exchange or store credit only with a receipt for clothing & shoes within 14 days of purchase. All other regularly priced merchandise can be exchanged or given a store credit within 30 days. Sale items, swimwear & special orders are a final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. We encourage you to use use any insured and trackable method for online purchases. Returns should be shipped to:
